RETURN POLICY

In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Consumer Protection Law and its regulations, QUIIN (LABORATORIO BIOCOSMETICA SA DE CV) accepts exchanges of merchandise exclusively for purchases made directly in our online store ahal.mx, provided that the product has not been altered due to consumer fault and against the delivery of the purchased product. The return must be made within a maximum period of 60 days, counted from the day the purchase was made and presenting the purchase receipt or gift certificate.
Returns are not accepted on products marked on sale or with discounts.
QUIIN (LABORATORIO BIOCOSMETICA SA DE CV) will credit the amount of the purchased product by delivering a gift card, provided that the following is met:
a) That the net content of the product or the quantity delivered is less than that indicated on the packaging, container, wrapping.
b) That the good does not correspond to the quality, brand, or specifications and other substantial elements under which it was offered or does not comply with official Mexican standards;
QUIIN (LABORATORIO BIOCOSMETICA SA DE CV) must satisfy the claim within a period not exceeding fifteen days from said claim. QUIIN (LABORATORIO BIOCOSMETICA SA DE CV) may refuse to satisfy the claim if it is untimely, when the product has been used under conditions other than those recommended or appropriate for its nature or purpose, or if it has suffered essential, irreparable and serious deterioration due to causes attributable to the consumer. The bonus cannot be less than twenty percent of the price paid.
